Is it possible to pay on cash desk near the entrance to the trade fair?

Electronic ticket price is valid only for authorized (paid) online sale.

Discount eTicket price can not be applied at the checkout at the entrance to the exhibition center.

How can I change the default address of my registration?

The default address and information (used to auto-fill Step "Contact") will change if you log on and then click on your name ( upper right corner of screen) on the link "Change profile". Make the changes you wish and click "Save".

Can I register more than one invitation card on a single e-mail / person?

Yes, you can. There is no limit on the number of invitation card registrations (company codes, collective codes, promo codes) made under one e-mail.

I have not received registration confirmation or eTickets.

Please check the settings of your e-mail or SPAM filter (undesired mail filter – please refer to your IT technician).
After logging on, an archive of all registration confirmations in PDF is available here:

I have not received an e-mail from you.

If this was your first registration with us, two separate messages were sent to your e-mail. The first message contains notification of registration and a password generated for every future logon. Nest message contains a PDF status of your order for the trade fair of your choice.
Should you not receive a message from us within one hour, please check the settings of the SPAM filter in your e-mail system, and/or the correctness of the e-mail address that you provided.

Your order status you verify after login there, click on your name (in upper right corner of screen) and then click on the link named "Order history".

If you cannot see your order, then you made a typing mistake in your e-mail contact on your previous registration.

I deleted / forgot my password.

Can I register additional colleagues on a single company e-mail?

Yes, you can. There is no need to use strictly your company e-mails, you can use your personal addresses as well. However, if you prefer, it is possible to register under a common company e-mail.
